How can you quickly get your message across to customers or prospects? Using a “storytelling” framework is one effective way, so learn more about how to do that in this week’s top resource.

Then check out the other helpful resources from the week.

Use a messaging framework that puts your customers at the center of a “story” to get them interested in your products or services.

The ABT Method is a 3-part storytelling framework to get your message across quickly.

ABT stands for And, But, and Therefore and you’ll find some helpful examples in the article on how to use it.

Let me know if you have questions.

2. Introducing Our Canva Integration: Design and Share Visual Content Instantly

Buffer

This integration between 2 helpful tools – the Buffer App and Canva – is a good reason to try them out if you haven’t already, or consider using them more.

The Buffer App posts content across the major social platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn. You can post in real-time through Buffer or schedule posts for later.

Canva is a platform that helps you design visual content: images, videos, presentations, etc.

So you are able to quickly upload or create Canva designs within the Buffer App, which saves you a step (or two or three).

There are free and low-cost options for both of the tools, so check them out. I’ve been using both for a while so let me know if I can help!

3. Introducing Horizon Workrooms: Remote Collaboration Reimagined

About Facebook

Facebook has created a virtual workroom platform for users. It will be interesting to see if this new platform takes off.

Would you find it useful for your business?

4. In growing battle with TikTok, Facebook to test ‘Facebook Reels’ in the US

TechCrunch

Facebook Reels are being rolled out to a small group to test in the U.S.

Facebook Reels will give users the ability to create and share short-form video content directly within the News Feed or within Facebook Groups.

There will also be an option for Instagram Reels creators to share their Reels to Facebook.

5. The next phase for searching on YouTube

YouTube blog

YouTube is making it easier for users to find content within videos.

Users will now be able to search through video “chapters” directly in the search page. When they are available, these time-stamped images will appear.
