The Benefits of Time Away

I just got back from spending 10 days in Arizona with family, and the time away from my normal routine was terrific!

While I loved spending time with my family, I also enjoyed a (mini) break from social media. I still checked my personal social accounts from time to time so it wasn’t a total break, but taking a break from the business side of social was great!

It’s something I think we all need because being “social” with your business means you’re always ON, and that can be exhausting over time.

The downtime is very beneficial for creating new strategies and coming back re-charged, even if you just take a break at home.
