Here are a few tips for using Hashtags on LinkedIn from the guide:
- Keep them professional instead of “cute”
- Don’t overdo it (this guide from Hootsuite recommends a maximum of 5)
- Make sure your Profile is public (visible to everyone) so your updates/articles with hashtags will show up in searches
- LinkedIn suggests relevant hashtags when you begin a post, so take note and use some if applicable
- Follow hashtags that may be relevant to your target audience
